Couple of things, it looks like she a hell of a lot of hair, and it kinda looks like her face is stuck onto the mass of hair, maybe showing more of her jaw line would help. The background looks like it coming along nicely, but I think there needs to be more definition between her and the background, the values are all kinda similar. But yeh its WIP like you said so plenty of time to fix things
