hey guys, good to see you guys are posting more
keep up the good work! been doing loads of hands
and other anatomy like studys the past few days will
scan them in later but for now here is very much a work
in progress of a copy of Frank Frazetta's "Deathdealer"
it still has proportional and colour issues but they are minor
and should be able to be tweaked, if you guys have never
heard of Frank Frazetta google him he is probably the most
influential artist for the sci fi/fantasy genre for the past half
century.

Nice one. You really got the Frazetta palette working nicely, and the proportions are all gelling. How much detail are you gonna throw into it?

yeah definetely trying to capture the frazetta pallete was a challenge for me, but yeha im gunna tyr and work it out, fairly rough, we'll see how i go, and that reminds me .................................

give my frazetta dvd back or else!

checked out frank frazettas work. looks nice,you can tell alot of people try and imitate the guy, it all looks familiar. great though.
